Terms of Service for Number Showdown

Welcome to Number Showdown ("the Game"), a mobile game developed by RTTR Game Studio.

By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

RTTR Game Studio reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game or any part of its services at any time.

1. Eligibility

The Game is suitable for a general audience and intended for users of all ages.

Minors: If you are under the age of 13, you must use the Game under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

By accessing or using the Game, you confirm that you meet these requirements or have obtained appropriate parental consent.

2. Use of the Game

You agree to use the Game only for personal, non-commercial purposes and in accordance with applicable laws.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or tamper with any part of the Game, except where such restrictions are prohibited by applicable law.

• Use unauthorized tools such as bots, cheats, hacks, scripts, or automation tools.

• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or unintended game mechanics to gain an unfair advantage.

• Manipulate scores, rankings, match results, or leaderboard data.

• Impersonate another player or misuse another player's account.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, servers, systems, or data.

• Disrupt multiplayer matches or interfere with the experience of other players.

• Interfere with or disrupt our servers, networks, or other services supporting the Game.

We may take appropriate action against accounts that violate these rules, including restricting access to online features or suspending access to the Game.

3. Accounts and Platform Services

The Game primarily uses supported platform services, such as Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services, for player authentication.

When a supported platform account is unavailable or not used, the Game may create a Guest Account as a fallback. Guest Accounts are identified using a persistent hashed device identifier.

Platform services may also be linked to your Game account. When you use or link a supported platform service, the Game may receive limited information provided by the platform, such as your player display name and platform player identifier.

You are responsible for maintaining appropriate control over your device and platform accounts.

Access to certain features requires an internet connection and the availability of our game servers or third-party platform services.

We do not guarantee that online services will be available at all times.

4. Multiplayer and Fair Play

Number Showdown includes online multiplayer gameplay in which players may compete against each other.

You agree to play fairly and not use any method that provides an unauthorized advantage over other players.

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Using cheats, bots, macros, modified clients, or unauthorized software.

• Manipulating network traffic or game communications.

• Intentionally exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities.

• Manipulating match results, scores, rankings, or leaderboard positions.

• Coordinating with other players for the purpose of artificially manipulating competitive results.

• Attempting to interfere with another player's connection or gameplay.

We may take reasonable measures to detect, investigate, prevent, or respond to cheating, abuse, fraud, and other behavior that affects the integrity of the Game.

We may remove invalid scores, adjust leaderboard data, invalidate match results, or restrict access to online features where reasonably necessary to maintain fair play.

5. In-App Purchases

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases, including access to additional features, content, or other benefits.

Purchases are processed through the platform from which you downloaded the Game, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Nature of Purchases: All purchases are optional.

Payment Processing: Payment transactions are handled by the applicable app store or payment provider. RTTR Game Studio does not directly process your payment card or banking information.

Refunds: Purchases are subject to the refund policies of the applicable app store and applicable law.

Parental Permission: Users under 18 years old should obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before making purchases.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Game is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

The Game may process limited information necessary to provide player authentication, Guest Accounts, multiplayer functionality, leaderboards, analytics, crash reporting, purchases, and other game services.

This may include account identifiers, platform player information, gameplay data, scores, multiplayer data, purchase information, device and technical information, analytics data, and crash or diagnostic information.

7. Game Progress and Data

Game progress and account-related information may be stored locally on your device and/or on our game servers.

Certain information, such as account data, game progress, multiplayer results, scores, leaderboard information, and purchase status, may be synchronized with our servers when an internet connection is available.

The availability of online data may depend on your account, device, platform services, network connection, and the continued availability of the Game's online services.

We take reasonable measures to maintain game data, but we do not guarantee permanent storage or backup of all game progress or account data.

Data or progress may become unavailable due to circumstances including:

• Device failure or loss.

• Clearing application data.

• Loss of access to a Guest Account or platform account.

• Network or server failures.

• Technical errors.

• Changes to or discontinuation of platform or online services.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RTTR Game Studio is not responsible for game progress or data that cannot reasonably be recovered in these circumstances.

8. Third-Party Services

The Game may integrate with third-party services for player authentication, analytics, crash reporting, distribution, and purchase processing.

These services may include:

• Google Firebase: Analytics and crash reporting

• Apple Game Center: Player authentication and gaming services on supported Apple devices

• Google Play Games Services: Player authentication and gaming services on supported Android devices

• Apple App Store: Distribution and in-app purchase processing on Apple platforms

• Google Play: Distribution and in-app purchase processing on Android

Your use of these services may also be subject to the terms and privacy policies of their respective providers.

RTTR Game Studio is not responsible for the availability, operation, or policies of third-party services outside our control.

9. Updates and Changes

We may update the Game or these Terms from time to time to improve functionality, add or remove features, maintain security, or comply with legal requirements.

Game updates may be distributed through the applicable app stores.

We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue certain features or online services.

When these Terms are materially updated, the revised version will be made available with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Game after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, where permitted by applicable law.

10. Intellectual Property

All content in the Game, including characters, graphics, artwork, user interface elements, audio, music, software, game mechanics as protected by applicable law, and other materials, is owned by RTTR Game Studio or its licensors.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise use any part of the Game except as permitted by these Terms or with prior written permission from RTTR Game Studio.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of the Game or its intellectual property to you.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Game and its online services are provided "as is" and "as available" to the extent permitted by applicable law.

While we strive to provide a stable and enjoyable experience, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, permanent server availability, or compatibility with every device or network environment.

The Game may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, server issues, network conditions, platform service outages, or other technical circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RTTR Game Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Game.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Termination and Suspension

You may stop using the Game at any time.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Game or certain online features if we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in cheating or fraudulent activity, interfered with the Game or its services, or created a risk to other players or our systems.

Where appropriate, we may also remove or correct scores, rankings, match results, or other data affected by prohibited activity.
