Welcome to Number Showdown.

Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and the services involved when you play Number Showdown (the “Game”).

1. Information We Collect

The Game may collect and process limited information necessary to provide account, multiplayer, analytics, purchase, and technical functionality.

This may include:

• Device identifier: The Game uses a persistent hashed device identifier to create and identify a Guest Account.

• Platform player information: When you use supported platform services such as Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services, the Game may receive information made available by the platform, such as your player display name and platform player identifier.

• Device and technical information: This may include device model, operating system, app version, and other technical information.

• Gameplay and account data: This may include game progress, multiplayer activity, match results, scores, leaderboard information, and other gameplay-related data.

• Analytics data: This may include game events, interactions, sessions, and gameplay activity.

• Crash and diagnostic data: This may include technical information related to crashes, errors, device characteristics, and application performance.

• Purchase information: This may include information necessary to verify, restore, and provide in-app purchases.

The Game does not require you to provide an email address or create a traditional username-and-password account to play.

2. Guest and Platform Accounts

The Game supports Guest Accounts.

A persistent hashed device identifier is used to create and identify a Guest Account and associate it with game progress and other account data.

The Game may also support authentication or player identification through:

• Apple Game Center

• Google Play Games Services

When you use these services, the Game may receive limited player information provided by the platform, such as your player display name and platform player identifier.

Information processed directly by Apple or Google is also subject to their respective privacy policies and account settings.

3. Game Servers and Multiplayer

Number Showdown uses our game servers to provide online functionality.

Certain information may be transmitted to and stored on our servers, including:

• Guest or platform account identifiers

• Player display names

• Game progress and account data

• Multiplayer and matchmaking data

• Match results and scores

• Leaderboard data

• Other information necessary to operate online game features

This information is used to authenticate players, operate multiplayer matches, maintain game progress, provide leaderboards, and support other online features of the Game.

4. Analytics and Crash Reporting

The Game uses Google Firebase Analytics to help us understand how players interact with the Game and to improve the gameplay experience.

Firebase Analytics may process information such as app interactions, gameplay events, session information, device information, and other analytics data.

The Game also uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to identify and diagnose crashes and technical problems.

Crashlytics may process information such as crash logs, diagnostic information, app version, operating system information, device model, and identifiers generated by Firebase or Crashlytics.

These services are provided by Google and may process information in accordance with Google's applicable privacy policies and terms.

5. In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional in-app purchases.

Purchases are processed through the platform from which you downloaded the Game, such as the Apple App Store or Google Play.

We may receive and process information necessary to verify purchases, restore purchases, and provide purchased content.

We do not directly collect or store your full payment card number, bank account information, or other payment credentials. Payment information is handled by the applicable app store or payment provider.

6. How We Use Information

Information collected through the Game may be used to:

• Create and maintain Guest Accounts

• Authenticate players through supported platform services

• Provide multiplayer and matchmaking functionality

• Display player names, scores, and leaderboard information

• Save and synchronize game progress and account data

• Process, verify, and restore in-app purchases

• Understand how players interact with the Game

• Improve gameplay, features, and user experience

The Game uses third-party platform and infrastructure services to provide certain functionality.

• Google Firebase Analytics: Analytics and usage measurement

• Google Firebase Crashlytics: Crash reporting and diagnostics

• Apple Game Center: Player identity and gaming services on supported Apple devices

• Google Play Games Services: Player identity and gaming services on supported Android devices

• Apple App Store: Distribution and in-app purchase processing on Apple platforms

• Google Play: Distribution and in-app purchase processing on Android

These providers may process information in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

We may also disclose information where required by law, necessary to protect our legal rights, or necessary to protect the security and integrity of the Game and its users.

We do not sell your personal information.

8. Children's Privacy

The Game is intended for a general audience.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 except as necessary to provide and operate the Game and its services.

If we become aware that personal information from a child has been collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Data Storage and Retention

Game-related data may be stored locally on your device and/or on our game servers.

Certain information, including account identifiers, game progress, multiplayer data, scores, leaderboard information, purchase status, analytics data, and diagnostic information, may also be stored or processed by our service providers.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Game and its services, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain the security and integrity of our services.

Deleting the Game from your device does not necessarily delete information that has already been transmitted to our servers or third-party services.

10. Your Choices and Data Requests

You may ask us for a copy of the information associated with your account, or ask us to delete it. Email support@rttrstudio.com and include the ID shown in the Game's Settings screen, next to the copy button.

We need that ID because most accounts are not linked to an email address. If you signed in with Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, telling us which one you used helps us confirm the account is yours.

What deletion removes: your player profile, game progress, ratings, leaderboard entries, and the purchase verification records held on our servers.

What it does not remove: records of purchases held by Apple or Google, which are kept under their own policies and are outside our control. Deleting your account does not cancel or refund a purchase. Refunds are handled by the store you bought from.

Deletion is permanent. Progress, ratings, and any purchased entitlement are not recoverable afterwards, including if you play again on the same device.

We aim to complete requests within 30 days.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information processed through the Game.

Device identifiers used for Guest Accounts are hashed before being transmitted to our game servers.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. International Data Processing

Information associated with the Game may be processed or stored in countries other than the country in which you live, including through third-party service providers.

Where required by applicable law, we take appropriate measures regarding the transfer and processing of personal information.
